These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between sbj66 ("sbj66", "we", "us", "our") and you, the individual accessing or using the sbj66 website located at sbj66.today and any associated services, features, or content ("Platform").

In addition to the age requirement, to be eligible to register and use sbj66 you must:

• Be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.

• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

sbj66 reserves the right to refuse registration or close an existing Account where sbj66 determines, in its sole and reasonable discretion, that an individual does not meet or no longer meets these eligibility criteria.

To access real-money gameplay on sbj66, you must complete the registration process by providing the information requested on the registration form. You warrant that all information provided is accurate, truthful, and not misleading.

sbj66 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT.

The following conditions apply to all deposits made to sbj66 Accounts:

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless sbj66 support has approved an alternative method in writing.
• All applicable wagering requirements on active bonus funds must be satisfied in full before the associated balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• sbj66 aims to process approved withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within 1–4 hours of approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed within the same business day during normal banking hours.
• sbj66 reserves the right to perform additional security and fraud checks on any withdrawal request. This may extend processing times in exceptional cases.
• Where sbj66 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, sbj66 may withhold a withdrawal pending investigation without liability.

sbj66 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to Players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's individual terms expressly state otherwise:

All games available on the sbj66 Platform are provided by certified third-party software providers. Each game operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. The following general rules apply across all sbj66 games:

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sbj66 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one sbj66 Account, whether in your own name or using falsified identity information.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21 years.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or other software to interact with the Platform in an automated manner.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or attempting to use sbj66 for money laundering or any other illicit financial purpose.
• Intentionally exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of deposits after the deposited funds have been used for wagering.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing sbj66 support staff or other Platform users.
• Accessing or attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation.

sbj66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• sbj66 has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms by the Account holder.
• sbj66 is required to do so by its licensing authority, a law enforcement agency, or a financial institution.
• sbj66 has detected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct in connection with the Account.
• The Account holder has requested closure under sbj66's self-exclusion programme.
• The Account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more, subject to sbj66's dormant account policy.

Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, sbj66 reserves the right to forfeit any balance in the Account. Where an Account is closed for any other reason, sbj66 will return the net balance after deducting any applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements.

Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting sbj66 support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt.

sbj66 makes the following responsible gaming tools available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps on your Account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined timeframe.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you when you have been logged in for a specified period.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your Account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from sbj66 for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the chosen duration and take effect within 24 hours of the request being confirmed.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the sbj66 Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, or transmit any sbj66 content in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of sbj66.

All trademarks, service marks, and trade names used on the sbj66 Platform are the property of sbj66 or their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any sbj66 trademark without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sbj66, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the sbj66 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Damages resulting from any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform.
• Damages resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to adequately protect your credentials.
• Damages resulting from technical errors, game malfunctions, or communication failures beyond sbj66's reasonable control.

In any event, sbj66's maximum aggregate liability to you in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you into your sbj66 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by sbj66's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

sbj66 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the sbj66 Platform, you consent to sbj66's collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The English language version of these Terms shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency with any translated version.
